First Aid and Health

We, the First Aid Ministry of Health, will prepare ourselves to be effective servants through the study of God’s Word, acquired knowledge, skills and training.  We will minister to the needs of God’s people during ecclesiastical, home-going, and health-related services.  We will promote health and safety awareness to the congregation and when deemed appropriate, we will assist in the health and safety awareness efforts of our surrounding communities.

Provided Services:
  • Assistance to our congregation and visitors in emergency situations during services and events
  • Blood pressure readings on the third Sunday of every month following morning worship service.
  • Health information through health fairs, flyers and seminars.
  • Support of lifestyle changes such as walking club.
  • Support for funeral/wakes.
  • CPR/First Aid training
