New Member Reception will be held immediately after morning worship service Sunday, December 9 in the fellowship hall. Please contact Sisters Ramona Wood or Sandra Hodges for any questions.


Sunday, December 9 is the final day for the Missions Toy Project.  Please return toy tags and unwrapped gifts after service for New Horizon Fellowship.


The Senior Citizen Annual Appreciation Dinner will be held on Saturday, December 15 at 3 p.m. This event is sponsored by the Minority Men Making Mighty Moves (M5).  (Location: Saint Mary’s Family Life Center, 9305 Holly Springs Road in Apex, NC).


Sunday School Christmas Breakfast is scheduled for Sunday, Dec. 16 at 8:30 a.m.


The Christmas Program will be held during our morning worship service on Sunday, Dec. 23.  (Please note the rehearsal dates: December 15 and 22.)


The Teen Ministry is inviting all Teens and Parents to the “Colors of Christmas Celebration” on Saturday, December 22, 2018 at 2 p.m. during our final Teen Ministry meeting for 2018.   Please contact Minister Yevette Thomas if you are planning to attend.


Mission Ministry will distribute Senior Gift Bags to NPBC members (age 70 and over) on  Sunday, Dec. 23.


WMBA Union is scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 29 at Springfield MBC.  (4309 Auburn-Knightdale Road).


Upcoming Events:


All 2019 Officers will be installed during morning worship service on Sunday January 6, 2019.


Any special programs/events planned by the various ministries for 2019 should be submitted by Sunday, January 20.  Please go online to the church website ( and click resources, click church forms and select 2019 Ministry Program Requests.  Complete and click submit.  

Annual Cultural Arts Society MLK Program will be held at Saint Augusta MBC on Monday, January 21, 2019 at 10 a.m.  The march will begin at 8:30 a.m. (Fuquay-Varina Middle School) Breakfast will be served at 9 a.m.  
Reminder:   Food Bank distributions on Saturdays before the second and third Sunday each month.
