Awana will reconvene after morning worship service Sunday, October 21.
Pastor Wood, Gospel Choir and Congregation will render Homecoming/Founder’s Day Service at Progressive MBC Sunday, October 21 at 3 p.m.  Dinner will be served from 1 to 2:30 p.m. (2504 Creech Road, Raleigh, NC 27610)
Teen Ministry will meet Saturday, October 27 immediately following Youth and Young Adult Choir rehearsal.  We are inviting NPBC Teens and friends to come out for an afternoon of fun and fellowship. Teen ministry will also participate in the NPBC Harvest Festival.
Church family and friends are invited to NPBC Family Trunk-or-Treat event on Saturday, October 27 at 3 p.m.  Bring your kids dressed in their best smiles to enjoy a safe environment evening of decorated trunks and treats!
General Baptist State Convention (GBSC) “151st Annual Session” will be held at the Sheraton Imperial Hotel starting Monday, October 29 through Wednesday, October 31.  (4700 Emperor Blvd., Durham, NC 27703)

The Women Ministry is inviting the ladies to join us on November 3rd for the last session for 2018 at 8:45 a.m.  The Rev. Dr. Cathy Jones, pastor of the Parkwood Institute AME Church from Charlotte, NC will be the guest presenter. The theme is: “Taking Care of Business” from the House of Ruth: Women reaching Women for Christ. Our praise and worship will be rendered by Ms. Cierra Denning and Company.
Church 101 Class is scheduled for Saturday, November 3rd at 12:00 p.m.
Veterans Day Program is scheduled for Sunday, November 11.  A reception for Veterans will follow immediately after morning service in the fellowship hall.
The names of all 2019 Chairpersons/Officers are due to Sister Yvonne Highsmith by Sunday, November 18.
NPBC Missions Day will be held on Sunday, November 18 during morning worship service.
Community Thanksgiving Service is scheduled for Tuesday, November 20 at 7 p.m.   (Location will be provided when available)

Reminder:   Food Bank distributions on Saturdays before the second and third Sunday each month.
