Women’s Ministry

The House of Ruth: Women Reaching Women for Christ

“All the people in the town square that day, backing up the elders, said, “Yes, we are witnesses. May God make this woman who is coming into your household like Rachel and Leah, the two women who built the family of Israel. May God make you a pillar in Ephrathah and famous in Bethlehem!”  -Ruth 4:11 (The Message)
The Women’s Ministry for 2018 presents a biblical paradigm for women reaching women for Christ through (1) Recognizing that all women are not the same, (2) Respecting women’s intellectual experiences, (3) Conceptualizing that women are not just wives and mothers, and (4) Creating an atmosphere that is safe to talk about real life, while supporting all women to become more like Christ.
Through mentoring relationships, sharing, study, worship, witnessing, we will explore, examine and journey through the experiences of Leah, Rachel, Ruth and Boaz.
