* The Wake Missionary Baptist Association will be having their Spring Institute on April 14th – 16th here at New Providence. If you are interested in attending, please register online at https://www.wakemissionarybapt.org.
 
 
* Blooming in the Presence of God! –  On April 25th, 2026, The Fellowship Ministry is hosting “Blooming in the Presence of God,” a social event from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM featuring fun, fellowship and dinner at The Royal Banquet and Conference Center, 3801 Hillsborough St, Raleigh, NC. Registration has been extended to April 19th. Please see Sis. Renee Williams for further details.
 
 
* NPBC Women’s Ministry Presents “Tea in the Garden” May 2, 2026 from 1:00 pm to 4:00 pm. Join us for a afternoon of God’s grace through inspiration, fun, Fellowship and Friends! Bring your favorite teacup! Only $20.00 to attend! All sisters are invited! Sign-up and pay in person or online April 12th through April 26, 2026! We look forward to seeing you! * Mark your calendars: The General Baptist State Convention Mid-Year Session will be held May 5-6, 2026 and will convene at the Riverfront Convention Center, 203 S Front St, New Bern, NC 28560.

* NPBC Noonday Bible Study will continue through – May 27, 2026.   JOIN US FOR THE BOOK OF EZEKIEL: KEEPING FAITH WHEN ALL FEELS LOST. THIS IS AN EXPOSITORY PRESENTATION OF TWO OF THE MAJOR THEMES OF EZEKIEL: GOD’S HOLINESS AND GOD’S POWER, THUS WE OUGHT TO “BE REVERENT!” What happens when God’s chosen people take the place God intended as a hub of His life-giving presence and corrupt it into a source of abuse and injustice? Walk with Ezekiel through the tragic loss of the temple in Jerusalem to see how God will bring restoration, hope, and new life on the other side of exile. NPBC Noonday Bible Study will be available every Wednesday at 12:00 Noon.

* NPBC Evening Bible Study Series – Faith as Currency in Our Finances.  This powerful, encouraging six-part series explores the teachings of Jesus and the lives of people in the Bible to show what it looks like to respond with faith to the reality of financial uncertainty.  Lessons are available online and in the vestibule.
 
 
* Youth Sunday School will continue each second and third Sunday of the month.  Children, come and learn more about God’s word and have breakfast on us.  Breakfast and devotion begin at 8:30 AM with the lesson starting at 8:45 AM sharp.  Sunday School is good!
 
 
* We would love to hear of the good news of our Membership. Examples:  Retirement, Promotions and Accomplishments. Sister Moffett will share the information every quarter to the membership via email based on received reports. Please send the information in 40 words or less to Sister Tammy Chapman at goodnews@newprovidencebaptist.com.

* The First Aid Ministry will administer blood pressure checks on the third Sunday of each month. If you would like your blood pressure checked, please come to the front of the Sanctuary after our morning worship service.
 
 
* NPBC Prayer Line Call-In will be available every Thursday morning at 6:00 AM.
